These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, U.S.A., excluding its conflicts of laws principles.  You agree that any disputes and/or legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Resources hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of the State of Connecticut, U.S.A.

Services Agreements with SteepRock

If SteepRock provides you with any Resources as an authorized agent of an entity under a written services agreement between SteepRock and that entity, the terms of that agreement—not these Terms—will govern your use of those Resources.
